Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: We believe in offering the Very Best ...Value, Quality and Selection. You may return unused items for a refund or exchange used items within 30 days from the date of purchase. Custom orders may not be returned unless defective. Please have a copy of the receipt along with the unused product and original packaging when returning the item to our Honolulu store. Question: What is the origin of my shipment?
Answer: All orders ship from our Honolulu Retail Store in the middle of the Pacific ocean. We are located in Honolulu on the island of Oahu.
